Change in management at SAF-HOLLAND after successful refinancing

With the successful completion of SAFHOLLAND's new financing agreement, Dr. Reiner Beutel stepped down as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Member of the Board of Directors effective with the Annual General Meeting on December 18, 2009.
