Being an executive, you will have to contribute to corporate culture and the implementation of a clear interior and exterior corporate strategy, and you will set the respective corporate guidelines.

  • define the objectives of your staff from your own job objectives and will evaluate how they met their objectives;
  • foster your staff and to demand according performance;
  • make the same or even higher demands on you as on your staff.
