Sam Martin

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Sam Martin was appointed Chief Operating Officer on June 20, 2007. Dr. Martin joined our company in 1974, and since that time he has held the positions of Metallurgical Engineer, Acting Chief Engineer, Vice President Engineering, Executive Vice President Engineering, Executive Vice President, and President and Chief Administrative Officer of the Holland Group, Inc. Prior to joining Holland, Dr. Martin worked as a Supervisor of the Materials Laboratory for FMC Corp. in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Dr. Martin holds a B.S. from Lafayette College and his Ph.D. in metallurgical engineering from Ohio State University.
