Ulrich Otto Sauer

Ulrich Otto Sauer was appointed Vice Chairman of our Board of Directors on June 18, 2007. Mr Sauer joined Otto Sauer Achsenfabrik Keilberg (the predecessor to SAF) in 1974, and served as the Sole General Partner of the company until 2004. Following the incorporation of SAF in 2004, Mr Sauer became Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Prior to joining SAF, Mr Sauer worked as a logistics director at Kugelfischer Einspritztechnik in Munich between 1971 and 1974. Mr Sauer holds a Dipl. Kfm. degree in business administration from the University of Munich.
