Rudi Ludwig

Rudi Ludwig was appointed to our Board of Directors on June 18, 2007 and appointed Chief Executive Officer on June 20, 2007. Mr Ludwig joined our company in 2003 as Chief Executive Officer and head of the Management Board for SAF. Between 1992 and 2003, Mr Ludwig served as a member of the management board of Behr GmbH. Prior to joining Behr, Mr Ludwig worked for Henkel KGaA in Düsseldorf, Germany and Knorr Bremse AG in Munich, Germany. Mr Ludwig studied industrial engineering at Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences in Germany and holds a Dipl. Wirtsch.-Ing. degree from Karlsruhe University. In addition Mr Ludwig holds a Dipl. Kfm. degree from the Freie Universität Berlin.
