Gerhard Rieck

Gerhard Rieck was appointed to our Board of Directors on June 18, 2007 and is a member of our audit and compliance committee. He is currently the managing director of an engineering and consulting company which he founded in 2005. Throughout his career, Mr Rieck has held various positions at Magirus-Deutz AG, IVECO Magirus AG and MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG, including Head of Engineering of MAN Truck & Bus and Head of Engineering Medium and Heavy Truck of IVECO Magirus AG, where he was a member of the management board. Mr Rieck holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Ulm University of Applied Sciences and a Master of Engineering Science from the Technical University of Stuttgart.
