Bernard Schneider

Bernhard Schneider was appointed Chairman of our Board of Directors on March 27, 2009. He has been appointed to our Board of Directors on June 18, 2007 and is the Chairman of our audit and compliance committee. Since 2005, Mr Schneider has been CFO and Managing Director of Europapress Holding (EHP) in Zagreb, Croatia. From 2003 to 2005, he served as CFO of Sachsenring Zwickau AG, and from 2001 to 2003, he was a member of the management board of Riva Energy AG in Essen, Germany. Between 1992 and 2001, Mr Schneider worked for Mannesmann, where he held positions as Executive Vice President of Mannesmann Corp in New York, CFO of Mannesmann Haustechnik GmbH in Düsseldorf, Germany, and CFO of Mannesmann Röhren-Werke AG in Mühlheim-Ruhr, Germany. Mr Schneider holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Munich University.
